A Lebanese Banquet to Impress
Tuesdays class 'Fish and More' was such a lot a fun. I designed this class as the prefect 'Lebanese Banquet' for a dinner party to impress family and friends, with the focus on allowing you to be the host and not the cook, so you have plenty of time to enjoy your own dinner party. It was a hands-on class with everyone participating and in three hours we created five showing stopping dishes with plenty of time to relax and enjoy our creations, ending the night with Lebanese sweet tea and coffee.
