Corporate Cooking Classes in Melbourne

What we offer our corporate clients:

 

Our cooking classes provide a social and relaxed environment in which your team will work together creating from start to finish an exquisite Lebanese banquet.

 

On arrival you will be welcomed with the warm hospitality Lebanese are known for and get to enjoy some delicious Lebanese mezze (nibbles) and refreshing homemade lemonade, plus you will all be given a detailed recipe pack each to take home.

 

The great thing about a private corporate class is you get to choose your menu (up to five delicious recipes) you can have a bit of fun and name your class, maybe incorporate a bit of competition and divide the group into two teams, or simple enjoy working  together as a team.  

 

The classes are hands on and designed to enhance your cooking experience and excite your senses with the aromas, unique flavours and earthy colours of Lebanese cuisine.

 

They run for approximately 3 hours, the first 1½ to 2 hours is spent demonstrating, preparing and cooking with lots of time for questions, taking notes and I get to share some handy tips to help remove the stress from cooking and make it enjoyable.

 

The remainder of the time is too sit back, relax and enjoying the meal you have just create together, followed by Lebanese sweets, fresh mint tea with a hint of rosewater and Lebanese coffee.

Hi Bernadette,

I know that everyone has loved it and that Adam has made the chicken and rice dish, and Kath the smoked eggplant. I have stuck to the much safer potatoes with chilli and garlic (no coriander!) and all of our dishes have been recreated successfully… so we were well taught ðŸ˜Š

Bernadette is not only super friendly, but extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. Had a class/dinner there on Monday night (18/07/2016) with 12 workmates and had a wonderful experience. We had a mix group with different dietary requirements and Bernadette has accommodated everyone. The dishes are not too technical so you can actually cook them at home pretty easily and there is a good mix of learning and doing. I would strongly recommend Bernadette's classed for a team building exercise, good fun and delicious food with a strong sense of achievement.
