About Bernadette
Being of Lebanese heritage I've had the privilege of growing up with three generations of amazing Lebanese cooks here in Australia and in Lebanon.
Over my lifetime I have spent many hours helping and cooking delicious Lebanese food. Then, of course, I have shared in the eating of these culinary delights!
Through my experiences I've learnt to embrace Lebanese hospitality and its focus on bringing family and friends together around the dinner table to share delicious meals prepared with love. I've also developed a strong passion and love for Lebanese food: its aroma, unique flavours and earthy colours.
For me, a discovery of Lebanese culture can commence in the kitchen.
I now enjoy sharing my excitement and enthusiasm about Lebanese food through my Lebanese cooking classes Melbourne.
In my classes we cook some favourite Lebanese dishes to be enjoyed by family and friends. Together, you will experience the generous hospitality that Lebanese are renowned for.
As well as running My Lebanese Kitchens cooking school I also have the privilege of being a regular 'Guest Chef' (culinary teacher) for 'The Neff Market Kitchen', Market Cooking School, South Melbourne Market, sharing the secrets of wonderful Lebanese cusinie to enthusiastic cooks.

I had such a great experience at the fish class last week. The recipes were really easy to replicate and very flavoursome! I can hardly wait to cook them for my family! I especially loved the fish and the pomegranate salad. I am looking forward too taking more classes with you Bernadette, as they were so much fun!
