This class is all about having fun while preparing delicious and wholesome Lebanese street food. Learn to make: kafta, Lebanese spiced minced beef patties; falafel, crispy, golden balls made with chickpeas and fava beans; tarator, a deliciously creamy tahini sauce; irresistible freshly made hummus that is worlds away from anything you will find in the shops; and tabouleh a beautiful fresh and traditional Lebanese salad.

Bernadette’s menu is all about creating the perfect make ahead Lebanese banquet that allows you to spend your time being the host and not stuck in the kitchen. Recipes include: Samke Hara, baked fish dressed in a light and creamy tahini sauce and finished with a walnut and herb combination; haloumi, pear and pomegranate salad; baba ghanouj, a delightful smoked eggplant dip with pomegranate and mint; and for a bit of heat, batata hara hot and spicy potatoes finished with coriander.
